Junior Sales Executive (Remote)

SubscriptionPro is seeking a dynamic and ambitious Junior Sales Executive to join our dedicated sales team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for software product sales and a desire to excel in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of a market-leading company while honing valuable sales skills and expertise.

Job Responsibility

  1. Conduct prospecting activities to generate leads and identify potential clients in the target market.
  2. Engage with prospects through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, and networking events, to initiate meaningful conversations and establish rapport.
  3. Collaborate closely with team members to develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
  4. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase SubscriptionPro’s solutions and effectively communicate value propositions to prospects.
  5. Nurture relationships with leads throughout the sales cycle, addressing their needs and concerns, and guiding them through the decision-making process.
  6. Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and contracts tailored to the specific requirements of each prospect.
  7. Coordinate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer success, to ensure seamless handover and implementation of new accounts.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities for business expansion and differentiation.
  9. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management using CRM software.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  2. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth, preferably in the software industry.
  3. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with diverse stakeholders.
  4. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and compellingly.
  5. Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
  6. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  7. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads, track activities, and generate reports.
  8. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and willingness to embrace new challenges and opportunities.
