Senior Sales Executive

SubscriptionPro is a one-stop SaaS tools marketplace for entrepreneurs and professionals, helping them streamline their software needs and save on recurring costs. We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to join our team and play a critical role in achieving our ambitious revenue goals. This role will focus on driving B2B software sales, identifying new opportunities, and building lasting relationships with clients.

Job Responsibility:

  • Sales Strategy & Execution:
    • Develop and execute a sales plan to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
    • Identify new market opportunities, industries, and client segments for SubscriptionPro’s SaaS offerings.
  • Lead Generation & Pipeline Management:
    • Work with the Business Development and Digital Marketing team to identify and nurture potential leads through outbound and inbound strategies.
    • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline in the CRM, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely follow-ups.
  • Client Engagement & Relationship Building:
    • Conduct product demos, present solutions tailored to client needs, and close deals effectively.
    • Cultivate strong relationships with decision-makers, including entrepreneurs, business owners, and IT managers.
  • Cross-Selling & Upselling:
    • Promote additional SubscriptionPro products/services, including Soluta, Coupon, and SaaS discount bundles.
    • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell within existing accounts.
  • Market Insights & Feedback:
    • Stay updated on SaaS industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs.
    • Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams to improve service offerings and sales strategies.
  • Collaboration:
    • Partner with marketing and customer success teams to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
    • Represent SubscriptionPro at industry events, conferences, and webinars to build brand awareness and generate leads.

Job Requirements:

  • Experience:
    • 3-5 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, software solutions, or subscription-based platforms.
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Skills:
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
    • Solid understanding of SaaS tools, subscription models, and billing management.
    • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Odoo) and sales analytics.
  • Mindset:
    • Highly motivated, self-starter, with a results-oriented attitude.
    • Adaptability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
