Business Development Executive

SubscriptionPro is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to drive growth and market expansion for our subscription management and Agri-Fintech software products. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in business development within the IT or software industry. This role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify target markets, customer segments, and industry trends for SubscriptionPro’s subscription management and Agri-Fintech products.
  • Identify potential clients and generate high-quality leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, networking events, and industry conferences.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, stakeholders, and influencers in potential client organizations.
  • Develop and present proposals and software solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Work closely with the product development team to understand software features, functionalities, and competitive advantages.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed sales targets.
  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring profitable pricing and favorable contract terms.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitors to identify new business opportunities.
  • Provide market insights and feedback to the product team for continuous improvement.
  • Manage the sales pipeline, track progress, and prepare regular reports for management.

Requirements: 

  • 1-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the IT/software industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field (preferred but not required).
  • Strong understanding of subscription-based business models and subscription management software solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Knowledge of CRM tools, sales tracking software, and lead management systems.
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive and results-driven approach.

Workplace & Schedule:

  • Workplace: In-Person
  • Working Hours: 45 hours/week
  • Working Days: 5 days a week
  • Weekend: Friday & Saturday
