This Affiliate Program Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between SubscriptionPro, LLC and the affiliate marketer (“Affiliate”) as of the joining date.
How Does it Work?
As an affiliate member of SubscriptionPro, you become an integral part of our sales team. Earn commissions for every person you refer to our site who makes a purchase. The more referrals, the greater your chances of earning more.
The affiliate agrees to enroll in the SubscriptionPro affiliate program and comply with the terms and conditions set forth herein. And SubscriptionPro reserves the right to accept or reject any affiliate application at its sole discretion.
Coupon Site Affiliation:
SubscriptionPro does not accept coupon site affiliations, as they do not contribute to generating new traffic for SubscriptionPro. Referrals from coupon sites are not accepted.
How Do I Promote SubscriptionPro?
The most popular methods include linking to our site with banner advertisements or text links. We provide various examples and banner ads for your convenience.
Getting Started:
The application process takes only a minute, and upon approval, you’ll instantly access our affiliate account with a library of banners embedded with your unique tracking code.
Commission Structure:
Earn a 25% commission on each successful sale. There is no limit on the amount you can earn each month. Your efforts in promoting SubscriptionPro directly impact your earnings.
SubscriptionPro will use tracking technology to accurately record sales and commissions. However, the company is not liable for tracking inaccuracies beyond its control.
Affiliate partners will be eligible 25% commission for SubscriptionPro’s Membership plan, coupons, deals, and WPAnnouncment plugins.
Program Operation:
When a visitor clicks through your affiliate link and purchases a product within 30 days, you earn a commission. Email notifications or those in your affiliate dashboard inform you instantly of any sales made through your referrals. For instance, if a visitor clicks on your affiliate link, sees SubscriptionPro’s banner ad on your site, and purchases a WPAnnouncement plugin/membership/coupon/deals for $199 within 30 days, you earn a $49.75 commission (25%).
Commission Notifications:
Receive instant email notifications when a sale occurs. Follow the provided steps to place banners or text ads on your website embedded with your affiliate ID.
Payment Process:
All affiliate payments are made through PayPal or Bank transfer. Ensure your payment method and PayPal email address are correctly entered within your SubscriptionPro affiliate account. The minimum payout is $50.
Payout Schedule:
Monthly reports of affiliate sales are audited, and valid commissions for the prior month are paid via PayPal or Bank transfer by the end of the next month. For example, sales in September will be paid by October 31st.
Minimum Payout Requirement:
Affiliate partners are paid monthly, with a minimum $50 credit required for payment.
Self-Purchases and Upgrades:
You will not receive credit for purchases made through your own affiliate link. Commissions are not offered for product upgrades and license renewals.
Commissions apply only to the customer’s initial purchase through the affiliate link.
Affiliate Cookie Duration:
A 30-day cookie is set when a visitor clicks through your affiliate link. If they make a purchase within those 30 days without clearing cookies, you receive credit for the sale.
Paid Search Promotion:
Yes, paid search is allowed, but with limitations. Advertise on platforms like Google, Yahoo, Bing, and Facebook, avoiding SubscriptionPro brand-related keywords. Follow the recommended terms for effective promotion. You can’t offer any discounts during advertising.
Intellectual Property
Company grants Affiliate a non-exclusive, revocable, and limited license to use Company’s trademarks, logos, and promotional materials solely for the purpose of promoting SubscriptionPro.
Affiliate shall not modify, reproduce, or distribute Company’s intellectual property without prior written consent.
Dedicated Website Setup:
You may create a dedicated website to promote SubscriptionPro, but refrain from using domain names with SubscriptionPro brand-related keywords solely for affiliate click-throughs. Misleading tactics and coupon code links are against affiliate terms.
Issues with Payments:
If you made a sale but didn’t receive payment, it might be voided due to an audit or incomplete affiliate account information. Ensure your details are complete and accurate. Unpaid transactions older than 60 days cannot be disputed.
Tax Form Submission:
As a legal requirement, a tax form (W-9 for US affiliates or W-8BEN for non-US affiliates) is needed before any commissions are paid out.
Account Termination and Guidelines Violation:
SubscriptionPro reserves the right to terminate accounts for non-compliance with affiliate terms, including providing false information or engaging in illicit activities to drive traffic.
Forum Promotion Restrictions:
Promoting SubscriptionPro in forums with embedded affiliate links is not allowed. Violations may lead to the termination of the affiliate account.
Promotion Ideas:
Combine banners on your site with blog posts for an effective promotion strategy. Reviews, in particular, have proven to be 10 times more likely to generate affiliate sales.
Affiliate agrees to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to, the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines on affiliate marketing.
Prohibited Activities
Affiliates shall not engage in any deceptive, misleading, or unethical marketing practices, including but not limited to spamming, cookie stuffing, or creating fake accounts.
Intellectual Property
SubscriptionPro grants Affiliates a non-exclusive, revocable, and limited license to use the Company’s trademarks, logos, and promotional materials solely for the purpose of promoting SubscriptionPro.
However, Affiliate shall not modify, reproduce, or distribute SubscriptionPros’s intellectual property without prior written consent.
Legal Terms:
SubscriptionPro reserves the right to decline payments, suspend accounts, or terminate any affiliate user account without notice for various reasons outlined in the terms. Decisions are final, and terminated accounts will not be reinstated.
